Bodyflight World Challenge 2013
What a weekend that was! We are very much looking forward to the rest of the season after kicking things off with a great performance at the Bodyflight Bedford World Challenge, placing 15th in AAA with an 18 point average, without a single bust! Our outdoor training starts in a little over a month with a long weekend at Hibaldstow before our trip to Chicago in June, we can't wait!
Winter Training Complete!We are enjoying a weekend off after finishing the last hour and a half of our nine hour winter training schedule last weekend with UK Tunnel Camp. The break doesn't last long with just 3 days back at work before we head off to Bedford for the 2013 World Challenge, anyone else excited yet?
